Once your order is placed, the production typically takes 5 days and then we ship it.
If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please leave that date in the message box during checkout so we can guarantee it will arrive in time for your event. Urgency orders have an additional 35 USD charge and can be delivered 7 days after order.
All items are shipped DHL express. Expected shipping time is 5 to 7 business days - worldwide.Â
All of our signs and electrical components include a 1-year warranty that is valid from the date of purchase.
Custom signs may not be returned. However, if you received an incorrect or defective item we'll accept the return and we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Our signs are made with LED Flexible Neon and include a clear acrylic backing with a hanging or fixing kit. They come with a clear 2 meters cable and and adapted plug for your country. Oh, and it's definitely possible to hang it on a floral wall as our Neons doesn't heat!
